I own a small gym in Miami FL, and we're looking to add an outdoor sauna. The only space that we have for this is a long narrow corridor that is exactly 63" wide wall to wall. The Charlie Cabin Sauna from Sisu life https://sisulifestyle.com/products/the-charlie-cabin-sauna is a perfect size, being narrow and deep but the $11,000 price tag is more than we want to spend.

We're also looking at the Sauna Life CL3G, which is great but I'd prefer something longer like the Charlie Cabin. But it's also just a bit more than half the price of the Charlie Cabin.

Strongly leaning towards traditional. Also, given that its rarely below 7

I know this is the height of wishful thinking, but perhaps he's keeping the play calling as mediocre as possible to save some surprises for the playoffs and give other teams as little relevant tape as possible?

If you can sandbag the season and still clinch the bye week, why not?

I own a gym and one thing we need is a lot of reusable spray paint stencils (long story, it has to do with street art and personal records) so I started looking into laser cutters for this and personal hobby use. Definitely less than 1000 Not looking to build an etsy business here. Anyway, I started doing a deep dive and realized it opens up all sort of swag options for us - branded tumblers, awards, wooden plaques etc.

I'm leaning towards xtool just because some of the polar warts (wifi / weird dual USB-A plugs / somewhat checkered reputation for support) are pushing me towards xtool. Also, the integrated riser, chuck as opposed to roller rotary are selling points. Obviously I'd rathe

Was getting 80-90% on Pocket Prep, got 76% and 79% on the two JBL assessment tests I took.

Passed NREMT in 70 questions. I had the same experience as everyone else, hard questions, felt like I failed, got a very happy email around 4pm that day (took the test at 11am ET). I did, however, resist the urge to make a post insisting that I failed only to add "edit: I actually passed!" a few hours later.

2 things helped:

  1. don't just memorize signs & symptoms, try to understand why underlying conditions cause the signs and symptoms they do.
  2. I kept a running notes file with any concepts that I couldn't immediately recall when doing practice tests. gave me a quick and easy thing to review t

Literally yesterday evening I finished my last clinical shift before taking the NREMT. At 3am this morning my daughter, who is 6 weeks old, began choking on formula. Never went cyanotic and I was able to clear the formula after a few cycles of chest and back slaps.

We did call 911 when the choking began as we didn't know if we would be able to clear it but when they arrived a few minutes later she was perfectly normal and breathing fine so we all agreed it was best to avoid transport. She's literally getting her first round of vaccines today so no reason to put her in an ER / germ factory unless absolutely necessary.

I know as far as EMS goes, this wasn't a particularly difficult situat
