I just moved into an apartment in an 8 unit building. The "on site manager" doesn't actually live in the building and has been annoyingly hard to contact since I first came to look at this place.

Anyway, in setting up my place, I wanted to install a bidet attachment to the toilet, nothing permanent. However, the flexible tube that goes from the on/off valve to the toilet tank had lost its flexibility over the decades. It completely tore, and since it was crimped to the valve, there was no replacing just the tube/hose. In order to replace the valve, i need to turn the water off to my apartment (most likely the not an option, it would need to be the whole building).

My partner accidentally paid for the full citizenship application fee, which was $650 or so, instead of the proof of citizenship fee which is $75...

The application was immediately put in the mail (with the receipt for fees paid).

Does anyone have any insight on this situation? Are they likely to see the mistake and simply refund the difference? They are very stressed out and trying to get to FedEx to retrieve the parcel before it leaves. But still unsure how to get a refund, even if it is intercepted...

Followed all the steps on the wiki to set up the new SD card. The new OS works just fine, but no games are showing up. I can see them in the file explorer, and using the rom searches comes up with nothing. What am I missing?

I'm setting up my new SD card via android, doing everything the wiki guide says to do, and I was able to copy over and let the console set up ArkOs. However on the original SD card, using different file managers, i do not see anything called EASYROMS. There are instructions on how to assign the partition a drive letter to access it, but i can't get that far. I see nothing in troubleshooting g about this...

I am NOT a computer guy. I haven't even used a computer in almost 2 years. My R36S works perfectly, but with all the warnings of SD card failure, I have a new one coming. This is probably a dumb question, but...When it comes to setting up the new SD card, flashing, transfering files, etc... can I use my phone with an SD card reader plugged into it? I have a Samsung S23. Thanks!

Went for a ride yesterday and started experiencing an unfamiliar issue. When trying to shift up (probably no more than 10% of the time), usually from 2nd to 3rd, but sometime 3rd to 4th, and maybe once between 4th and 5th, the shifter just wouldn't move. Felt completely locked in place. I would release the clutch then try again to shift and that usually fixed it, shifting smooth as ever. Sometimes I had to do that as many as 4 times before it would shift. There was never any in-between roughness, or stiffness, or whatever when shifting-- either perfect or not at all.

Any ideas what the problem could be? Anyone else experience this?

I hope this doesn't break any rules (I feel like it doesnt...?) But I have a brand new Mistral Regulator that was purchased back in 2007 as a gift, but never used. I couldn't use it through my divemaster training, nor when I was working as a divemaster and it's just been sitting in storage all these years.

I would love for it to go to someone who would use it (probably need a rebuild to make sure everything is good-to-go), or at least someone who really appreciates its aesthetic, even if only to hang it on a wall. Anything would be better than what I'm doing with it.

They were something like $700+ when purchased. I would love to get something for it, open to any offers, b

My partner and I are considering a trip to Namibia for a couple weeks, sometime in July through August. I have wanted to visit for many years, with the main reason being the succulents that grow there. To be able to see all the varieties in their natural environment during their bloom would be a dream come true.

I have searched through Google and found a few places that seem to offer tours that include what I'm looking for. But, I wanted to ask the good people here if they have any recommendations on how to go about it? A particular company, or person to reach out to? Is it easy enough to explore by ourselves (we are avid outdoors people)?
