I’m not even sure if these temps are high enough to be considered a rise in temp but it looks like they had started to rise the day before/the day of my LH peak.

Has anyone seen this before or have any advice on what it means? Possible annovulatory cycle?

Any help is much appreciated!

I had a miscarriage and underwent surgical management of miscarriage for this on 28th Jan 2025. After receiving negative pregnancy tests for a week I started testing bbt and LH levels. I received a high LH level on 24th Feb and that same day I had what I thought were ovulation cramps and EWCM (although I can’t be sure it was as we BD that day…)

I expected my cycles to be unpredictable for a few months but as I had all of the symptoms of ovulation and it looked like my BBT rose I thought I had ovulated but BBT dropped today.

Any advice on whether we think I ovulated or not? Thanks!
