Mine are:

  1. Having a map app in the car
  2. Adaptive cruise control. Also in the car. This one legit blew my mind when I figured it out a few months ago.
  3. Bone conduction hearing aids. I can now listen to music “through my ears“ and don’t struggle when talking on the phone.
  4. Auto-draft payments

Hello fellow peri warriors,

I didn't find much in the group history and wanted to see if anyone has found relief, specifically from joint/muscle/body aches and pains, with peptide injections?

I'm managing all other symptoms ok except for this one.

Thanks! :)

I’ve been with the state for 2 years and this is the absolute worst health insurance plan I have ever had in my career. My son and I are on the “good” plan. I’m paying full price for counseling that is in-network. My son had lab work done that cost $400 then a doc visit to a pulmonologist costing us $700. And we’re a healthy family so our deductible is never met.

Please tell me I’m not alone. if enough of us stand up and demand better, we can make a difference.

Oh my god, I feel like I’ve cracked a code or something.

My kid is super sensitive. Like runs to his room and cries when we try to have any kind of neutral conversation about red choices he makes. In school, they talk about behavior choices being red or green. I had a thought about this and spun it a little.

For context, we don’t spank or punish. He simply gets a consequence that is as related to his behavior as possible. We do our best to stay neutral.

Sat my 6 year old down and said,

“you know how you have a hard time talking about your red choices?”

”Yea”

”What goes through your mind during those talks?”

“I messed up and y’all are disappointed.“

“Did you know just like behav

Hi ladies,

Those with ADHD, who are too sensitive to HRT, what are you doing to help manage your ADHD symptoms? I am getting little relief from meds and have tried them all. I've learned that they are largely ineffective unless your hormones are under control. I need other options since I can't take HRT. And yes, I tried the bioidentical options as well.

I DID IT!!!

Celebrating Success

I deleted my social media accounts! I spent way too much time on insta and fb, and let’s be honest, being this plugged in with all the chaos going on contributes massively to anxiety and overwhelm. I felt a little like when I left my abusive ex-husband - scared but alive.

I‘m choosing me. Joy. Peace. Freedom. I’ve been dancing and weeping most of the morning because I’ve accomplished so much already and that dopamine hit is absolute gold!

If you’ve ever wondered if you should delete, or even just take a break, let this be your sign to do it!!!!

I am of the ADHD, highly sensitive variety. Peri is hitting me super hard emotionally. I'm on HRT and trying the estrogen patch now because the intense guilt from my husband and son having to be around for it is getting to be too much. I'm also starting EMDR next week because I've always struggled with shame.

I guess I'm just putting this out there to see if any other gals struggle like this and what you've done to help.

Does anyone else experience months of feeling pretty normal (typical eb and flow with cycle) then feel like absolute sh*t the next few months? Depression, near crippling anxiety and zero energy? I have normal periods still and am on the lowest dose of HRT(estradiol and progesterone). I am about to try the estrogen patch though since this last month seems to be the worst to date.
