Just a quick question. I don't have a lawyer but I'll be questioning the police officer who arrested me . How should I bring up a conversation I over heard him and his partner had calling me a " waffle face."

Stopped on January first. it wasn't what I wanted but I have seen a lot of improvement in my life so far. I never was a heavy drinker so its not hard for me but I'd like to keeper rolling. Thanks.

That's what iv been thinking lately. I won't do it though because I know if I did I'd be back on the smokes in a few days!

Smoked in my dream, and in the dream it was the weekend and i felt bad and i came here and explained how id get back off them because i felt horrible. The end.

Chain smoked in my work truck..... Ughhh.... Then at a job he hit a house with a skidsteer knocking out dry walll...... Then he fell in a ditch with the machine... Then he hit the machine that pulled him out then he hit the gas meter on the side of the house ......lol.this is all within 15 minutes........ Iv though about smoking a lot today...thought of it not actually wanting it. Yep i still dont want one.

Five gum....so good. I need it recently iv been really wanting to go buy a pack so im going back to what helped me... Lots of water.....tea.... Gum... Ect....

Well...just wanted to write a little blurb on how its going. Im still coughing in the mornings ........ Ive saved a bunch of money...over 3000 not smoked. And im feeling really good, i rarely ever yhink of smoking. Its awesome. Some guy asked me for a lighter today and i said...i quit 3 months ago and he said... Awesome i wish i could quit but i have a wife and kid...... Excuses. Stop the excuses people on the fense its so worth it! Thanks to this sub iv made it this far! So thanks!

Don't know what caused it but i felt like i was day 5 or 6 today this morning! I knew it would go away and it did! Keep strong people !

At work...whenever i work near this one coworker he smokes and it really makes me pissed off ! Ughhhhhhhh!
