Have a 16610 build, found some gen 1680 hands that have amazing patina. In pictures they look the exact same, but I’m sure there’s some difference in the handsets over the years. Anyone know or ever try?

Have an old crowns 16610 build, obviously it’s blank in terms of model and serial engraving. Feel like I saw something on RWI once about serial engraving on rep watches. A thing that would just be for me as a completed build, not looking to pass it off as gen or anything.

Is that something anyone does or has even heard of anyone doing?

Has anyone successfully expanded their mobile business with hiring and stepping out of the day to day work?

I’ve attempted a few times, went sideways for one reason or another, but I’m always skeptical to go full in because I don’t see many others locally or regionally that have successfully done it. Not looking for a fleet and I know there will always be hiccups with more people, but would love to hear what went right or wrong with other people’s experience!
