I’m looking to buy two classic-looking city bikes — think fenders, swept handlebars, possible IGH, etc — in person in Seattle next weekend. I’ve got a short time frame so it would have to be something already in stock, preferably around the $1k mark.

Is anyone aware of a shop that caters to this sort of bike? I’ve done a fair amount of searching and see some potential candidates, like free range and mellofellos, but would like to know if I’m missing something.

Thanks!

Today at an ASICS outlet store, an employee said the Onitsuka Tiger USA site was going away on the 27th. That said, during the transaction the guy was proven to be wrong about something else related to the return I was making, so idk how good this guy’s info was. Anyway, has anyone heard anything to this effect?

I drive a '19 Accord Hybrid, and find it frustrating that the SENSING system doesn't function well in inclement due to the sensor being obstructed. A lot of you are probably familiar with the words "some driver assist systems cannot operate."

I've had some success in keeping rain off of the sensor cover by applying a thin coat of ceramic wax, but snow and ice are a different game.

So, I was thinking a small heating element like this might do the trick. If I could get/make one with cutouts to allow articulation of the "sticker" and adequate coverage of the sensor (think a similar shape to an iron cross), I don

What are my fellow "in-market" fans doing to watch games this year?

From everything I've seen, AT&T SportsNet is our only "legit" option. I'm tied to the Dish Network and it appears that channel was removed (nice). I suppose I could fly the ole Jolly Roger or even get a VPN and NBA League Pass, but alas I am lazy and just want to turn something on and watch.

Another factor, of course, is cost. I live close to the arena, so I might as well just get one of those multi-game packages if I'm going to be dropping a lot of $$$ on watching the Jazz anyway (that's probably what papa Ryan wanted).

Side note: I was able to attend the season opener in person and that was the most fun I've had w
