Click on the link in the bot's comment. Ideally, this should take you to a screen like this where the message subject already contains the post's ID. If it has been correctly filled in, just click 'send' and the bot will send you a message once it detects that the OP marked their post solved. Some apps/browsers don't handle URL parameters correctly so the subject might not be filled in. If it hasn't been filled in, try using another app/browser.
