I reversed out of my driveway, like I do every morning, but today I heard a loud crunch.

Turns out the guy who lives on the opposite side of my street had friends stay over, they parked in his driveway, and he parked across his driveway instead of 2m forward.

My towbar left a wonderful imprint in the side his car but no damage to mine.

I spoke to him when I got home tonight and his insurance is calling me sometime this week.

I don't have insurance so who is at fault? Me for hitting a parked car? Him for parking where he must not? Or both because I hit his car when he parked somewhere he can't?

Thank you.

I bought a phone a few years ago from a company.
It had issues and they refused to repair it (they actually blamed me for buying that particular phone).
Took them to Disputes Tribunal and won (they didn't show up).
They were ordered to refund me but didn't (still haven't).
Went to a financial assessment hearing.
They didn't show up and a warrant to arrest was ordered.
Bailiff went to their address but the office was empty and door locked.
The building receptionist explained they rent the office but are never there, nor do they have any staff in New Zealand.
Warrant to arrest was cancelled.

I carbon copied ComCom into most of our email discussions.
They recently said they'r

I'm noticing this a lot on social media.
Someone will say "This is what I think about [topic]!"
When asked about it they give no response.

Either a noun for a zealot when commenting but silent when defending.
Or a verb for being dogmatic in sharing an opinion but running away when questioned.

This is a warning for those as naïve as I was.

TLDR: I did great work and when I needed it to matter nobody cared.

I started my first 'real' job at a bank/post office.
The hours were bad but that was okay because I wanted to get my foot in the door.
I also knew that they wouldn't expect me to work these bad hours forever.

After they interview when they were offering me the job I explained I was working a part time job and wanted to work around that. They wouldn't even entertain the idea and were annoyed I didn't mention this at the interview. I thought these things were a negotiation? Yeah, we negotiate if I accept their terms or not...

I was working four hours a day Monday, Wedn

In the vain of "No good deed goes unpunished."
What is the word for when you try to be helpful or follow the rules and it backfires?

e.g I park my car with enough room so someone can park behind me. Someone parks behind me. The next day their car is gone and the back corner of my car has been scraped by the car I left room for.

e.g My smart phone won't open. My friend says he knows how to open it and accidentally breaks the latches on the phone so now it doesn't stay closed.

It's probably a verb I'm hoping for.
*Phone breaks "Bro, did you just [word for breaking something trying to fix it] ?"

Awhile ago a group of people complained the local theatre was putting on a play about an LGBT character but they were unhappy because the actor cast was not LGBT.
It is my understanding is that the unhappy group were not regular threatre goers but the director appeased the vocal minority and recast.
My unsolicited advice for the director was agree to recast IF all performances sell out within a certain timeframe.
A noun would be ideal.
"Yes! Did you hear we won the fight! They're recasting that LGBT role!"
"Cool. What night should we go?"
"Oh...I don't really like stage theatre."
"But you protested the casting?! You're just a [word I'm looking for]."

I've always played that you resolve the scatter before deciding if a player has landed off the pitch.
i.e TTM to the sideline, 1st scatter roll is out, 2nd is back in, and 3rd is towards the endzone therefore the player has NOT landed in the crowd.
I cited catching the ball rule e.g you can't catch the ball on the 1st or 2nd scatter because the ball (player?) is still high in the air.
Our current league someone pointed out that in my previous example after the 1st scatter the two other rolls don't occur and the player has landed in the crowd.
I can't find a FAQ about this and being the wounded party (stunty coach) I don't want another rule against me.
Citations very welcome and/or

I've always had an 'auto fire' type thumb and I had the epiphany that it might lead to speed running.

What game has a brutal 'press X repeatedly' type section that I could dominate?

For extra credit, where would my turbo thumb ever be of use in the real world?
