I had some questions on what the community has decided on "rules wise" for FRLG in terms of nuzlocke. Specifically, I'm wondering how to treat:

Magikarp you can buy

Lapras you get for free

Trades

I know that since it's just a for fun thing I can really do whatever I feel like, but just curious what others think.

Wanting to try and upgrade my old work down clippers for some nice new ones. I've heard of god hands but I've heard you're not supposed to use them to actually clip parts off the sprue and need to cut them off the sprue with other ones first, and frankly I'm not spending 60+ dollars on a tool I can't use the way I want.
