On this sub and BBQ we get multiple weekly, and sometimes daily, posts about ‘recommendation me a grill/smoker.’ or ‘is this a good grill/smoker?’ And to be frank it’s quite annoying. Not only is it an easily searchable topic within the subreddit but it’s also well covered from other sources. It would be nice to have a container mega thread or semi regular posts that houses useful resources as well as where people can ask further questions as needed. I feel like it would help declutter the sub a good bit.

TL DR: I need to ensure my water utility is set up. Can’t figure out what to do after requesting it online.
I moved to a new house recently and I am trying to set up water. We had a slight delay in the process so CAW wouldn’t let me transfer through my existing account. I requested starting a new service online through their (garbage) website. Got an email acknowledging it and that ‘someone will be in contact soon!’ But it’s been over a week. Their phone line says ‘new service requests can only be made online’ or dead ends at some point. I’m at a loss. Other utilities were easy compared to this.
My neighbor, who’s been battling them over a water leak, laughed at my story and told me to g
It’s the one that is oil based and has a bit of a thick milky-purple colored bit that settles out. You need to mix it before using it
I thought it was a Mediterranean based sumac vinaigrette, but that didn’t do it. I love their dressing and I will keep buying it for him, but I just wanna know what the heck is in it or if there is another name that I can search it by to try out different recipes.

I have been fighting the good fight to bring my life sciences orientated analytical lab into the future with moves from glass tubes to 96 well plates and better sample handling equipment among other things. We have decent money investing in the process even if it has been like pulling teeth to get them to move on stuff. One thing that kills me is that I run into walls at times it makes no sense. Here lately I proposed a better sample tagging equipment and tracking set up that is fairly cheap for us to implement and is a good idea considering the volume of samples we deal with regularly, yet all I get is pushback from above about how ‘they don’t know about it… we’ll see…’ it’s so frustrating
Red mountain park trail over Red mountain express has been painted with their message in massive text. How do we best go about getting this removed or covered?
