I have a Deep Sea Ranger short field jacket I’m thinking about washing (unfortunately has a rather stubborn stain). I know it’s “washable” but I figure I should reapply dry wax as part of the process. What product would be best to apply for this? I haven’t used Nikwax or similar before and there are several different options.

Hi folks, I've been hanging out here for a while. As such, thought I'd try here first before hitting the 'bay with these. Looking to sell a couple of SLC jackets which I've decided are too small for me. They DO come from a home with pets.

Hi folks, I just bought this game in the recent Steam Sale and fired it up. I feel like the source of the problems I'm having is this game doesn't handle MacOS's resolution scaling very well or something, but basically I'm having two issues:
- The game does not save my resolution setting after quitting it.
- The cursor is quite large in the UI and during exploration, but then quite small in combat, and also moves around the screen quite a bit slower as well. It feels like the resolution has changed to something much larger, for lack of a better way to describe it. This is somewhat mitigated by running the game at a lower resolution but it isn't ideal because running it at the native resol
I just found out about this jacket during the sale and of course it's already way sold out in my size and I'm not seeing any listings in the usual places online either. Maybe a long shot but thought I'd try here. Anyone out there with one they don't plan to keep?

Recently picked up an M4 Pro and have been playing Deadfire on it, but was perturbed by really shoddy performance considering it's a seven-year-old game. After some research, I came across posts like this one indicating that one cause for this is poor thread management when many cores are available. The Special K fix is to artificially restrict the number of cores available to the game.
I found that turning off Game Mode has the same effect. By limiting cores available to Deadfire (which I assume Game Mode must be make more available in its goal of "prioritizing the game"), I can now run it at native resolution and
I'm playing around with exporting clozes from an external source into Clozemaster and it works surprisingly well but I find the default voices so ingratiating as to be unusable but I also don't want go with no voice at all. Why is "Clozemaster voice" not an option in custom collections, given it's just TTS anyway? Or is it an option but harder to find for some reason?
This is for EN->NL, if that matters.
Hi! I finished the Busuu course and looking to continue my self-education in Dutch. Busuu is definitely weak in some aspects which I plan to shore up with the help of LingQ to consume content and expand vocabulary, but I'd also like to keep working on grammar and exercises, something I think Busuu actually does pretty well.
I've accepted that the best materials are from Dutch publishers, and I've really honed in on these two series which come highly regarded. Is one better for self-study than the other? Does one have better online materials? De opmaat has 3 books going up to B2 ("De finale"), while Nederlands in gang has four going up to C1 ("Nederlands naar perfectie"), so that might be a
First time posting here but I do have transactions at r/GameSale (including selling a Switch over there) and r/GameSwap.
Looking to sell my lightly used 512GB Steam Deck (LCD) bought in December 2022. I have probably played it for less than 50 hours total. Works perfectly and there are no scratches on the screen. There is a small amount of light bleed which you might notice in dark games in a dark room, but that's how it came and it is probably normal for the Deck (based on what I've read). I have all the original accessories that came with it but I no longer have the original box. Checked the battery health in desktop mode and it is 100%. Love the thing, only reason I'm getting rid of it
