Expanding my private practice

Support :snoo_tableflip:

I am currently expanding my private practice and I am looking for recommendations on two things- 1) a SEO/AI optimization beyond blog posts, and, 2) a business coach who can help me scale. Thanks

I'm on day 32 at 50mg (day 38 at 25mg) for anxiety. Im still experiencing daily morning anxiety. Sleep is still a struggle. I've had good days and good moments. But Im not back to my old self. Ive been on 75mg before with success, and my doctor said to wait until 5-6 weeks to increase to 75mg. Would you wait a couple more days to see if its continues to lift? Or bight the bullet an increase right now?

It's so hard to be patient this time around. I'm on 50mg for 22 days. I still have morning anxiety and trouble sleeping. It usually lifts around 5pm onward. It's my fourth time on it. I'm scared it won't work. Has anyone experienced this? I need inspiration because Zoloft usually always worked around 2-3 weeks.

I've been on sertraline for 25 days(20 days on 50mg) and I feel anxious and can't wait. I've had good days and sleep lately. But yesterday I felt off and had a harder time sleeping. Now I'm anxious this morning. Would you ride it out? Or up to 75mg?

I've been on sertraline 3 times before and had to increase to 75mg last time for 6 months then decrease to 50mg.

Sleep anxiety. I developed sleep anxiety after have countless sleepless nights in early Jan. Turned into a spiral where I was anxious thinking about sleep. I used a sleep aid for two weeks, but it stopped helping. Every time I tried to go without I would spend all night awake. So I chose to go back onto Zoloft because i was becoming very anxious all day long. Now I'm on day 16, and I still can't sleep. Can Zoloft help resolve sleep anxiety? And has it for you?

Ive been on Zoloft three times before and it works. Here I am back on it, but I'm on day 14 (7 day on 25mg and 7 day on 50mg). The increased anxiety is so intense I forgot how it felt. It feels unbearable. It seems like it's taking a longer time to kick in. Anybody else experience this before?
