I'm building a modern app to learn about properties in SF: https://heyqna.com
This app lets you ask questions like, "what's special about this property's location", "make a table with its info", or simply "how many rooms does it have". I'm combining AI with legally disclosable information from https://data.sfgov.org.
I think this could be a faster and probably better approach when doing due diligence for buying or renting properties. Would you use it?
