I've been losing weight like fuck since the beginning of Novemeber, and even with a few cheeky pizzas and ice creams, I stepped on the scales this morning to find I had dropped just over 40 pounds.

I like to think of it as 160 Quarter Pounders.

Small changes at the start, like switching to sugar free drinks and keeping snack foods out of my room (and out of arms reach) were probably the most important step. Seeing those first few pounds come off was a hell of a motivator.

I feel fucking great, and I'm wearing jeans that are 2 sizes smaller than I was 3 months ago.

Shout out to MFP's barcode scanner for turning me into a neurotic calorie-counting lunatic.
