I'm in binding on the purchase of a home, with an addendum that includes the interest rate and payoff amount of the seller's existing loan. This information was also represented in the listing and verbally, and obviously was a huge motivator in going with this versus other options.
However, the company I'm working with on assuming the loan has confirmed a higher interest rate by 1% and a higher payoff amount by a several thousand. Both of these make the deal worse to the tune of $150/mo more and $40k of additional interest owed over the life of the loan.
What recourse do I have as a buyer in this situation? I assume I can recover my earnest money due to the seller refusing / being unab
Purchased 8/21, started having trackpad issues around a year later, went back and forth with support and realized it was actually a battery bloat issue. I finally was able to get warranty claim approved and received a replacement battery 12/22.
I replaced all thermal paste, fully cleaned fans, etc. when I replaced the battery. Now barely over a year later the replacement battery is bloated. I started noticing trackpad issues again in Jan, and now both trackpad buttons are fully seized / unusable.
Apparently it's my luck too that the 2021 does not have any charge limiting option. I've tried to find an app (willing to pay) but haven't had any luck.
I clean all the fans regularly. I don
Full pool and possible GWb or UWg builds below. I can't decide on which is the best direction to take here. I'm tempted to just go GWU but don't have good mana fixing in my pool. Thoughts? Thanks!!

Red seems solid, but I don't have any good sac synergies in other colors. UG also seems OK, but no major payoffs or good removal. Lands let me splash black with UG, but it's also my weakest color. Is there any saving this, or is it just a bad pool given the format?

This is for the qualifier play-in and also the first time I've seen Portal in draft or sealed. I'm tempted to try to build around it, but my blue doesn't have a lot in the way of powerstone generation.
Should I just let Portal sit on the sidelines and go BR sac-ggro? Or maybe BR anyway but try for more of a mid-range brew for once?
I'm not seeing an obvious path in my pool here: https://sealeddeck.tech/JOVWAHZvb8
I feel like UW could be OK but lacking counters and late game depth. If I don't draw into Skystrike Officer I doubt I'll feel great about games.
RG could be OK too, but still feels medium at best.
My best rare is in black but it's also my weakest color.
Is this just a bad pool? I'm legitimately unsure what to play here, leaning towards RG aggro kind of figuring if I can't close out games fast I'm doomed to lose them anyway.
What would you play here and why? Thanks!! :-/
