I am so frustrated.. I get my medication plan through express scripts and in February they changed who can dispense Saphnelo. I had my last infusion at the beginning of February and then 2 days later got a call from the infusion place asking if I had changed insurance as they were denied for my saphnelo infusion.. turns out express scripts had not informed anyone on changes to who was allowed to dispense the medication.. it’s been 7 weeks now since my last infusion as the pharmacy that is the only one I can work with now has been a complete mess.

The wanted the prescription from my rheumatologist, they said they would reach out to him.. well they sent one fax to somewhere and didn’t hear ba

I got my first infusion almost 4 weeks ago, getting my second one this week. I felt better after getting it, not 100% but at like 70% from how I used to feel before lupus. Since Sunday though I have been feeling more and more fatigued, the low grade fever is back.. basically feeling like I got the flu while I don’t have it.

Does saphnelo wear off after a while at the beginning from your experience?

Ok.. So life was crazy my mothers funeral went onto my cc, lived in a HCOL and didn’t make enough to support my husband and myself (he is in college). I now have a good job and finally able to work on my cc debt and loans. I already paid off my car loan and will be able with my bonus to pay off my loan that is currently costing me $650 a month. The question is if this is the right move. When I look at my credit cards I have one where the monthly payment is higher than this but it wouldn’t be fully paid off with the bonus whereas the loan would be.

My plan was loan first and then smallest to highest credit card. The smallest with this plan will be paid off by end of year. Then take that mone

Wondering if anyone else has had an experience like this.

I have been on mounjaro since December 2022 with a break due to insurance summer/fall 2023. I have been incredibly lucky and besides sulfur burps really had not had any side effects. Lost 140lbs but the last 6 weeks been gaining and losing the same 7lbs. Last months box felt like the medication wasn’t working, my A1C increased in my last blood work from 4.9 to 5.5( it hasn’t been this high since i had the break of mounjaro in 2023). Last week I opened a new box and it felt like mounjaro was working again (not sure on A1C as I won’t have that tested again for 2 months), but I basically had no appetite the entire week. Today is day 2

I had a pretty bad flare up from July to December.. recovered slowly but did well so on Monday I did my first workout with a trainer, she herself has an autoimmune disease and knows that I need to watch to not overdo it.. the workout felt good, I felt ok on Tuesday but yesterday my leg started hurting and today I had fatigue, was freezing despite the apartment being 80 and felt like I would throw up any moment.

The workout was a light one, body weight, slow and steady but now I am worried.

What is the best way to avoid feeling like this after a workout? I miss most my workouts from before my first flare up and really want to get back into it but how do I do this without these days?
