How hard is it to fill out a System Request Form in the correct manner? One section of the form says “Billing Waived” but a section on the same form says “Billable- Fixed Price”. Ok, which one is it? In the scope it specifies one product, but later on in the same form it references a different product? Time to play email-tag for 2 weeks and figure out what the hell they want. Setting up a project should not be this difficult. Everyone should be trained on the proper processes and procedures. It’s a disorganized mess.
