Serious question. I'm not hearing footsteps until they're close enough to melee me.

I'm not hearing cars vehicles until they've already passed me by.

I'm not hearing bullets that whiz right past my head until the 3rd or 4th shot.

Is anyone else struggling to have consistent sound?

... because everyone around me is using quality USA plates and I'm using the cheap Russian-Chinese stuff that breaks apart of someone so much as sneezes on them.

... can stop entering matches without a mic and leaving immediately after getting your cheeks clapped trying to get the nuke contract that would be great.

1-shot snipers to the chest when fully 3 plated should not be a thing. From any distance. Anywhere. Anytime. Breaks the game and makes no sense. If that same gun doesn't 1-shot tier 3 bots in the head, my plates should hold up just the same.

Here's an idea...:

Instead of introducing a broken gun that shreds plates and health in half a second... how about we balance what's already in the game??

Can IW please make SMGs relevant? It's bad enough they need an entire mag dump to kill an enemy in multi-player, but when you factor in 3 plates it makes them almost pointless in DMZ. I see YT videos of people using SMGs and getting squad wipes in Battle Royale, but 99% of those guys are showing clips of 10 year Olds with their sensitivity set to 1.00.

It would be super cool if SMGs actually gave you a benefit in close quarters, but right now they're basically unusable (unless you're AI).

I hereby submit my vote for Article 3B Section 2 §4-6 of the DMZ Code of Ethics for Hunt Squad contracts to only allow squads to hunt equal or greater number of players as the Squad they are on:

2.4: 6-man teams are to only hunt other 6-man teams.

2.5: 3-man teams can hunt squad of 3,4,5, or 6 members.

2.6: 5-man teams cannot hunt squad of 4, 3, 2 or 1 member/s.

The reason for this is not because challenges are unwelcome, but because body camping is hella lame and it has gotten out of control. Body camping does not make you a good player.

Perhaps if the two bots standing right next to an enemy player would start shooting them instead of keeping aggro on me even though I'm nowhere close to them.

I don't usually use Prox Mines, but I figured I'd take some just in case. I was posted up in the corner of a room of a building while being chased by a 6-man team after they killed one of my mates.

I placed a prox bomb behind a door so if someone opens it they'll either die or get stunned.

Fastforward and a guy runs through the door. Prox mine doesn't go off. He runs back out immediately. I chase. Prox bomb finally goes off about 2 seconds later taking my life with the explosion. Other guy turns and finishes the job.

Wtf? Why didn't it pop him as soon as he opened the door???? Why did it delay???

Instead of everyone having access to federal students loans in full with no questions asked, why not have a dollar-for-dollar requirement before dispersing funds.

What I mean is that students and parents must match the loan as equals. The federal government will loan out equal contribution up to the current limits per grade.

So if a freshman wants $5,500 of federal loans, they need to put in $5,500 of their own cash. I'm sure a lot of people will disagree and complain that people will be priced out of the market, but it would at least help people plan better and take some heat off the banks and the government.

Spawned in. Within 10 seconds of spawning, I'm getting downed by a sniper on top of a UAV tower. I self res, get away to a nearby building, and down the player that I thought was him. I try to get back to my vehicle and get cross sniped from two different directions immediately. THE FUCK IS THIS nonsense???

New to cat ownership and I have allergies to dust. My wife has no issue, but I've had pets before that have allergies, and cats are great at hiding feelings and emotions. My dog would chomp on his paw before we discovered he is allergic to grass. Everytime I enter the room whenever my cat or wife kicks around the litter the room gets filled with dust. My nose closes up and my brain starts to lose focus. We have used silica gel crystals for a while and tried three different brands with no success. I certainly have issues with the dust, and I'm concerned my fluffy friend might also have allergies as well.

Otherwise, I'll need to buy an air purifier. Anyone have advice on this?
