Hello, I wanna get a new HDD for storage and I noticed there's WD40EZAX with 256mb cache which has been around for a long time. But there's also WD40EZZX with 128mb cache and I barely find any information about it.

It looks like it's a recent release. It's CMR too and according to the specs on WD website basically the same but lower cache. Does this matter much? It's cheaper (130 vs 150) which with the current prices would be great.

Although I do wonder whether I should go for the WD60EZAX for 180. It's cheapest per TB, gets me some additional storage but the price is just so high :(

I was considering getting the G54 because I need a cheapo phone that just works but it looks like the G55 is basically a slightly upgraded version on paper. And comments I could find said performance, battery and camera is all a bit better.

Wonder if anybody can say if that's true in daily usage as well.

Would then probably be better to go with the G55 for a bit more money. Longer updates and Android 16 too

Title... the hotkey bar where the ammo selection is, the scout. airstrike, fire extinguisher button, etc it just disappered for me and I have no idea how to get it back. I didn't change any settings and I can't find anything in the settings that refers to this... also googling didn't show anything useful, only people losing their complete hud with alt z. Please help :D

Hi, I'm looking to upgrade my GPU from a GTX 1060 to a RX 6600 (non XT). I'm also running a i5-12400.

It seems like they generally draw about same amount of power or rather the RX 6600 a little bit more. So I guess I should be fine in that regard.

But I've read that the transient power spikes can be pretty high with the 6600 (like doubled/260W) I just can't find any tests for these spikes for the 1060 which most likely has them too to some degree.

Now I'm just wondering if I'll be okay with keeping the 500W PSU (it's a be quiet pure power 10, so it's not bad)

Anyone here running the same or similar specs?

I'm surprised there hasn't been a thread yet. The game deserves more love and attention. v21 released back in March and another small fix/changes update just yesterday.

For anyone who doesn't know it's a pretty hard roguelike set in the 20th century and inspired by Lovecraft and horror fiction/movies.

I'm using a Ryzen CPU that I overclocked. This disables AMD Cool n Quiet which in turn disables pstates (I guess) and thus there's no CPU governor. I tried reenabling Cool n Quiet along with the OC, but this causes heavy stutter in games.

I guess it's not harmful since I'm running this OC for a year now (and even longer in Windows (but no idea how this stuff is handled there) prior to switching this Desktop to Linux, too) and nothing happened.

The CPU still changes frequencies and clocks up and down depending on the load, so I guess the CPU itself takes over? Though I'm still curious whether it's a bad idea to not have a governor running?
