Given all the early foreshadowing and art, I was really expecting the end of the game to go full on Pacific Rim. I thought the Doom guy was going to get in a big Doom guy mech and fight the icon of sin.

I think they kind of blew it. Would have been 100 times better than what we got. Would have been kind of fresh and different, too, because the scale could have let you knock the icon of sin into buildings, you could have grappled on skyscrapers instead of small platforms, etc.

I love how, whenever an alien is trying to be intimidating with Picard, they say something like "you have 127 hours to comply." It's so comical when you think about it. Even the bad guys are incredibly considerate and patient.

It's just a pathetically transparent, cheap trick to try to stretch subs and try to hoodwink people into trying BFA. They want you to think, "Oh, two more weeks until it comes out. Since I already have a sub again, MIGHT AS WELL HOP ON SHITTY ASS BFA." It is NOT a coincidence that the raid finder Azshara raid fully unlocks on the same day as this stupid bullshit. That's the ONLY reason they did it.

It makes no sense from a customer perspective. What's going to stop people from "stealing" the name you used to have if they beat you to the punch on "reservation day" as opposed to launch day? If you start everyone at the same time, it's as fair as it's ever going to be REGARDLESS of which day

Has anyone else noticed the plot hole in this episode that's so dumb it almost feels intentional?

So the whole problem Moriarty had was that he couldn't exit the Holodeck because you can't convert a holographic projection into normal matter in the real world.

The first time Data meets Moriarty, though, Moriarty draws a picture of the Enterprise on a holographic piece of paper, and Data EXITS THE HOLODECK CARRYING IT.

They even fucking show Picard looking at the paper in the conference room in the following scene.

Was this intentional? Have you guys talked about this before?
