From a long history of wars and violence, the modern civilized world has flourished and prospered on a foundation of Peace (mostly). We have not only convinced ourselves that non violence of the world is real, but we have taught it to our children as gospel by building layers of protection and insulation around them to reinforce the truthfulness of a Non Violent World.

Denial of Violence has come to mean an inviolable Principle and event to think about Violence is not allowed. So everyone says "No to Violence", "No to War" - which is good.

But it doesn't mean that you should stop thinking about violence. Whenever you dismiss something from your mind doesn't mean it goes away

People spoil good things.

Meanwhile people think the Monk is someone "who
