I am 30M on a mortgage for modest house. Debt ~25k PLOC Investments RRSP ~30K Savings ~5k

I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on what I should do to help the debt. I'm contributing about $500/ month to get rid of debt. I am slowly chipping at it but is there something else I could do like HELOC or something. Plan is to sell the house and live deep in the country, think self sustainable farm. As of now house is worth ~80k more than I paid.

We should normalize working out before smoking.
