Does the game allow you to kill Gehrman, die or use hunters mark during moon presence to put that fight on hold, grab burial blade, go do dlc, and return to finish off moon presence after? Trying to be careful here

4th year medical student deciding on my residency rank list here (4 year program). My fiancee and I have been living in a cold, miserable city for the past 2 years (she moved out to join me for the latter half of medical school) and have had a goal for a while to get back home.

Hey guys. Ophtho interested cali evictee going to medical school in the midwest and trying to get back like the rest of us. I'm getting conflicting advice so I'm hoping yall might have some insight.

Basically I'm trying to figure out if I should go all in on Cali and do 3-4 aways there to maximize the chances they remember who tf i am. The alternative would be doing 2-3 Cali aways and 1 somewhere here in the Midwest like Loyola. I'd much prefer to go home, but if I had to stay in the Midwest (where apparently i have a significant advantage having gone to school here), id pick chicago.

Was just minding my business going to meet up with some friends for a hike and I park next to this car with some dude mumbling some shit at me. I thought i heard him say the word "fggot" but I wasn't sure so I paid it no mind. I then get out of my car and he starts speaking louder and very clearly calling me a "fuckin fggot." Mind you I'm very confused so I just ask "what did I do to upset you?" And he just goes ballistic saying he's going to "bend [my] f*ggot ass over in the woods" ?????
