These seem to both gloss as 'take' but be used in different contexts - do they have different (near) synonyms I could think of them as? Is there some nice distinction between the two or just learn when to use which

Both "Suffer the Sling" and "Sand Arrows" are fine standalone puns, they make sense and punnily describe what they do, but by their powers combined you get a sneaky Hamlet reference - "To be or not to be? Whether tis nobler in the mind to suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune" etc

There are a lot of great puns in the names, many groan-inducing but these two are just beautiful.

I guess since it 'plays' the top card, and blue candle makes curses playable, so that makes a sort of sense.

It's just funny that you'd get the exact same outcome (exhaust the curse) but not lose any life if you just didn't have Candle - relics are pretty rarely actively bad.

Similarly if you don't have candle you won't increase your 'cards played' counters (ink bottle, Time Eater, pocket watch etc) if you don't have candle but you will if you do.

Somehow at >750 hours I still manage to run into corner cases I didn't know about.

I have a greasemonkey script to tidy up annoying post titles in a way RES doesn't natively support, but it'll only run on page load. Is there an easy way to hook it to re-run after loading a new page from RES's never ending reddit mode?

In firefox, versions of it and RES are presumably up to date but happy to update / downgrade if that'll make this possible/easier.
