Is there a way to enable to be unsigned integer wrap around to be undefined behaviour instead of wrapping? With the 3 main Compilers. Or do i have to declare a signed int and cast it to unsigned ?

I'm kinda bored by fighting contigency 24/7 ... had 1 scourge in 2.0.2 and else contigency i think. Since techs alter the chances of crisis spawn. What is the minimum year to set the crisis? I mean what year does the ai start researching dangerous techs? Did someone already play around with it? (I wanna do the achivments in iron man so modding is out of the window)
