Got a Lectric XPress last summer that I generally really like but then last month the motor blew out and makes weird noises. I contacted them for a warranty and service claim and sent a video of the issue. Now I am already waiting for a month to do something and reply to my follow up. Are they always that slow?

I just tried the Shokz bone conduction earphones to listen to some podcasts during swimming. However, when breathing out underwater, the noise from the air rushing by the ears is so loud that it becomes impossible to listen to anything. What am I missing, I doubt that other swimmers using them all keep their breath underwater or swim very slowly with their head constantly over water?
Do you crank up the sound like crazy so that it becomes even louder than the water?
