I am usually running something like 30 min @ 7 min/km, but now my 255 is suggesting me to go for a 54 minute @ 7:35, which seems like a big leap. I kind of want to try it, but it seems like such a big step that I'm not sure if I can actually do it.
My question to you guys is, how does the watch come up with these proposed runs? Is it based on all the other data it collects throughout the day? Stuff like HRV, sleep, etc. Does the watch, based on all the data it collects, think I should be able to complete this run? Mind you I have not set any goals or anything.

What are the fundamental differences between these two 14 inch laptops? I am currrently debating getting either in a 32gb 7840HS spec. Both are priced the same, the Ideapad has a better screen (14", 2880x1800, 120 Hz, 400 nits) than the Yoga (14"5, 2560x1600, 90 Hz, 350 nits), an extra USB 3.2 port and an SD card slot, but I am wondering about their design philosophy. The Yoga is supposedly a bit more premium feeling, but in what other areas do the Yoga and Ideapad pro lines differ from eachother? As I will be putting some load on my machine, what device cools the chip better could be an important aspect to consider for me.
Any thoughts, remarks, ideas - I'd gladly hear them!
Hello dear Garmin community
I am looking for a watch that's good at both health and sleep tracking, with some moderate sport features (running, cycling). I am currently considering the Forerunner 255, Venu 2 and Instinct 2, and while they seem to provide good health tracking, I am not sure how their sleep tracking is these days. Any help, advice or suggestions? Every bit is greatly appreciated:)

Hey :) I recently got accepted into Tampere University (as an Erasmus student) and saw that I'm gonna have courses at both the city centre and Hervanta campuses. Now, Hervanta seems a tad, well, boring to live in, especially compared to Tampere. I saw that it's about half an hour tramride to get from the city to Hervanta so it seems kinda manageable, any of you in a similiar situation?
Thank you kindly :)
Title. I want to expand my social circle and professional contacts but I genuinely have no clue how.
Any info or tips are greatly appreciated.
