I’ve been using Dragon Shield matte sleeves to store my cards in my binders. I don’t use any inner sleeve and my question is will my cards will be safe in the long run? I guess my only concern is that the matte texture may imprint on the back of the card over time. Any thoughts or experience with this?

If I wanted to get into the hobby of collecting/trading/selling Pokemon cards, what series and products (single packs, boosters, etc) would be the best to start with?
