I just bought the 5080 Nitro 60 from the website and everything is great. But when I shut down the computer and turn it on. I always get this message. And it’s a process of rebooting and sometimes it works other times it doesn’t. Takes like 2-3 times before going into windows.

I had a similar issue when leaving the computer to go to sleep. When I wake it up, I get the same issue. So I deactivated it.

Anybody know how this can be fixed? Or do I need to involve Acer support for this?

One of my clients had a partner implement dialer for them. But one of their pain points is that the .mp3 file recordings cannot be directly open in the browser. They have to download the file and then listen to it.

I went in setup File upload and file security and set the mp3 files to execute in browser. But they still have to download the file each time.

Anybody ran into this issue and what’s the easiest way to solve this?

I’m working on a service cloud implementation for one of our clients and that is moving off Freshdesk. They want to bring around 35k records - Accounts, contacts, and especially cases with their full conversation history and file attachments.

They’re asking if it’s straight forward to do it. I know Data loader can handle the basics, but I’m concerned about the conversations/threads and the attachments being properly mapped into Salesforce.

Has anyone here done a similar migration? What’s the most practical approach? Custom API script, ETL tool, or a connector like Exalate/skyvia/etc.?

I have a client that requested to add a custom field under the lead object that will capture the last email that was sent from Salesforce (outlook email integration). We set up Einstein Activity Capture for our client and I tried creating a flow that would usually do this but it turned out that it EAC is activated in the org, emails are not stored anywhere on Salesforce.

Is there any way we can capture the date/time of the last email sent to a lead if EAC is activated? Or any way we can solve this problem?

Any thoughts or ideas?

I’m trying to setup agentforce and use PDF files as a library for the copilot to consume to answer FAQ questions.

I am perfectly able to set it up using the Knowledge library, but when I create a library and upload some PDF files, it just doesn’t seem to work for me.

I even checked in data cloud and the chunks were there. Everything should work but the agent just keeps telling me that it doesn’t have this Information.

Anybody came across this issue? And how did you fix it? I don’t even know what to do at this point.

I have an Alienware x13 R2 with 2 SDD drives that are raid. At a point I booted my PC and it went to the bios and my fans stopped working and it was stuck in there. I couldn't reboot or anything so I kind of waited for the battery to die but my laptop overheated and at a point it just shut down.

When I booted it afterwards, it went to bios to do the recovery and all that stuff. There was an issue with an array missing if I remember correctly and I think I deleted it by mistake.

Now everytime I boot my PC, it scans the hardware. On the first try it says Disk 1 - S/N 22086D474302, Short self test unsucessful, terminated by controller or drive firmware, retry test... and the
