Okay, I remember I used to have this book with several short scary stories in it, and it was aimed at teens. I believe from the early 2000’s as I would have read it in middle school around 2005-2009. I think they were mostly futuristic horror, but I only remember one of the stories details. I also think the cover may have been blue, but not positive.

I want to say this was the last story in the book. There is a young girl whose father is a time traveler. The girl is sadistic and her father brings her victims from throughout history that she tortures and kills. The last victim ends up being Jack the Ripper and he kills her instead.
