Hello, I got tickets to Disney After Hours for this coming Thursday but due to a family emergency wont be able to make it. Is there any way I can get a refund or sell the tickets to some one who can attend?

Searched on this sub and saw ppl saying H Mart was gonna open in 2018.

I’m in a high rise just felt the building sway and the light fixtures were swing. Anyone else feel this?
