since updating to watchOS 9 on my Series 5 when it was released, this has happened four or five times now: i'll look at my Watch and notice that the time is well behind reality and touching/swiping the screen does nothing.

the first couple of times this happened, i just did the force restart thing (holding the crown and side buttons down until it restarts), but i've since noticed that just taking the Watch off will be enough to get it to 'come alive' again and so i can just put it on, enter my passcode and move on (until it happens again). i also noticed by looking in Apple Health that it is still recording heart-rate readings and steps when in this 'unresponsive state'.

Seems like this problem has existed ever since I switched to YouTube TV (didn't happen with Playstation Vue or Hulu Live TV before), does anyone else have this problem?

Normally, it's not a huge problem for me as I'll just deal with using the YouTube TV app itself when this happens but today I wanted to watch the USA Track and Field national championships and the local affiliate has decided to air a rerun of 'Hollywood Game Night' instead, opting to show the championships on tape at 7pm MT so I resorted to trying the app again. Same issue happens with the NBC Sports app on the Xbox One, on my iPhone, and in a web browser on a computer.
