Hey everybody, I was recently promoted to TS and am on third shift now. I've never really worked 3rds and I only had a week of training on them before I was promoted and transfered. Does anyone have a list of tasks that need to get done on third shift that I could have, both for me as a supervisor and my team in general? Thank you so much

I've proudly worked at Wawa for over six years, and while there's been some change in the music, it hasn't been much. After a three-month leave, I returned and didn't hear any new tracks! Let’s all hop on VOTA and request some fresh tunes—I'm excited to hear what we can bring into the mix!
Swimming through the viscous sludge, Are you one to judge?
My mind warped in shadow, Myheavy hollow heart, My brain broken by battles, My skin scarred and scratched, Marked by my misery.
He hints at sobriety, I disregard and light up, For how am I to live without it My magical medicine, A simple pass time to some.
Crushed by the weight of a gram, Lost in a haze of purple,
He asks me a question: Is this substance helping? I ponder this a moment, All its done is harm, Yet it is so convincing with charm.
Sobriety seems essential, He nods and touches my shoulder, Then sais to me: Your days of smoking are over.

A dealer who doesn't gamble disperses the cards, Each of thier suit Each of thier kind With hearts of hope and passion From diamonds that shine ever so bright To the wisdom of a dark spade, To the companionship of a cloved club The cards seemingly dealt at random, Yet the dealer is a counter of the signs Giving to each thier lot Neither the player nor the table is to know What it is for the dealer to show For we all must play his game, Dealt each life Never the same

Sometimes it's hard to see, Blinded by your Visage.
Sometimes it's hard to hear, Deafened by your word.
Sometimes it's hard to feel, Numbed by powerful pain.
Yet my senses come, You show the way.
In you I pray: For a hope of salvation, Facing certain death, Offered everlasting life, For a kingdom to come.
I repent, In your word I am undone, For your love I crave, Eternity of time, In the presence of the divine.
In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

Of all the things I've seen, Spirits within my mind A vision of a callous dream, Guiding me to things I'd never find Overcome with a white rushing wave, A beautiful soft touch of a parents hand A life I thought I had to save, A sunrise cresting over a virgin land A stoning embrace, Encompassing thoughts of distress A feeling one must face, Something needing to confess a thoughtful credence, Is it purely divine? A subtle leaniance, Seeing everything to know a sign Overcome so vividly, Sparkling geometry glimmering An impossible fallacy, Something from above shimmering A jump into space, Into the vast unknown A passerby fallen in grace, A new life revealed to be shown To see farther than t
Some people like the swings, The manic highs, The darkest lows.
Some people like the thoughts, Running rapid circles, Spinning round.
Some people like the sleepless nights, Toss and turn, Tell me will they learn?
Some people like the anger, A hot headed shout, Blood boiling, A life they are spoiling.
Some people like the speed, Father than light, Journey hazardous at night, Are they lost?
Who am I? A man whose faces trials, Someone who has fought himself, Strength in overcoming, A life worth protecting.
Who am I? A son whose been lost, Someone who travels alone, Solace in the comfort of another, A path worth walking together.
Who am I? A worker who puts in the time, Someone who accepts the challenge, Prosperity in labor, A career worth chasing.
Who am I?
