I just finished reading Queerly Beloved by Farbad J. Dadyburjor and was left a little underwhelmed & wanting more

I’d love to find something that tells the story of a desi romance without it being too heavy, involving social issues. Something lighthearted like Red, White & Royal Blue but within the desi context. A light, fun read that’s heartwarming (authored by someone from the South Asian diaspora)

I haven't really been using method books so far. I assign pieces based off of the technique I think the student needs to work on.

However, currently I've been doing that on a very ad hoc basis. I was very curious how other teachers operate & deal with this.

Do you all have any kind of a repertoire bank where you have pieces sorted by the technique they teach? So that if the student needs to work on voicing the melody over the accompaniment, you instantly have 5 pieces in this bank that you can assign to the student? Or is everyone else also doing this ad hoc like I am?

I was thinking of making a repertoire bank like this to streamline my studio curriculum a bit. Any advice? Thanks <3

It asked me for URLs to audit my profile and then filled the audit report with 100% inaccurate details about my bio, content, captions etc.

Has anyone else also experienced this? What do you use for social media analysis and strategy since ChatGPT seems unreliable and Claude cant access links? Is Gemini any good?

I quit for 8 months from Nov 2023 to July 2024. Went to Europe, thought it would be ok to smoke a cig and then got back to nicotine since then. Switched back to my vape in March 2025!! I want to quit again. I hate that this thing has so much control over me. I hate that I feel so dependent on it. My chest is also feeling slightly tighter than before for the last two days. But last time I quit it was so tough, and I've heard people say 2nd time is tougher. I felt such a loss of motivation and energy last time that I'm worried it'll happen again.

Last time I managed to quit, it was using patches, gum and Bupron. Wondering if I should follow the same methods again
