I've had my Telegram account since 2015. Very old account. There's a bunch of chats I've come and gone from and it made me curious, is there any way to comb through these services and mass delete my messages, irregardless of whether or not I'm in these chats?

I see Redact does it but for $90+, and I'm unsure whether or not it really combs through everything. Any ideas?

I think there's an ethical dilemma in my question, so let me break this apart delicately:

I went to a sleep clinic and did an at home sleep study. My pAHI was a solid 5 the first night with a 10 pRDI. The second night was higher, with a 10 pAHI and and a 13 pRDI. Nothing of being hooked up to machines or anything like that. I was quickly prescribed an oral appliance, and while it did make strides in me tossing and turning less in my sleep, I sought a secondary confirmation with an ENT.

Lo and behold, above. I went through both procedures as my septum was ruining my life. Within the first two days, off my oral appliance, I am sleeping better than I have in my entire life. I'm not perfectly

First thread: https://www.reddit.com/r/SleepApnea/comments/1g6phhv/havent_seen_many_say_it_but_it_looks_i_may_be_one/

I'm lined up to have a surgery tomorrow to correct enlarged turbinates and fix a deviated septum. I have another surgery lined up in two to correct chronic sinusitis. My septum is deviated so significantly, that no sprays, nasal strips, rinses, conditions, are able to fully correct the structure of my nose. Google "severe deviated septum". It's worse.

The crazy part? I found this information out from getting a secondary opinion from an ENT. Even crazier? I didn't even know this was impacting me so heavily. I noticed things like having struggles hearing, the inability to wal

I'm starting to handle more critical data on my home lab and am looking to maximize redundancy. What should I go with here?

I currently have a backup structure that takes three snapshots to my home lab. There's no redundancy and backups from there. While the devices on the network have a point of backup, the home lab itself does not fully. I have docker images that contain their configs and data on the main partition of the home lab, then send snapshots of the data from the primary to the big ol' dedicated set of drives on it. The issue comes in when you look at hoarding data. They're stored on the same big partition.

Option 1: I currently have a Raspberry Pi 4 8GB that's been running fore

I’ve never witnessed a single crash in my life before moving to Dallas. I’ve witnessed two in the span of 7 months. Direct crashes near my vehicle. First was on 75, car slams directly into wall. Posted about it on here.

Second happens just 15 minutes ago. Unfortunately my dash cam fucked up and I don’t have the footage. It was on the fork between 77 and 183. Semi and big truck proceed to slam into each other on the fork. I was sitting in the middle lane maybe 50-70 feet away.

This city is demonstrable. TXDoT should be ashamed.

I've seen people with Sleep Apnea claim it isn't picking up their disturbances, YMMW. This is actually a success story.

I bought an Apple Watch Ultra 2 on launch day, admittedly looking into this as a preliminary sort of thing. My Dad, uncles, brother have sleep apnea. Here's my chart.

Some background: I don't snore like in many severe cases. I don't exhibit the hallmark signs of gasping for air. I have, however, had a pretty significant increase in headaches waking up after starting treatment for ADHD (low dosage of Adderall XR). Before treatment of my ADHD, I would be constantly yawning during work, so much to the point of where my coworkers pointed i

  • What issues have you faced setting everything up? Any fixes you had to make?
  • What GPU are you on, drivers?
  • Was it a smooth process or troublesome?
  • General experiences? Good, bad? In between?

Would love to hear all of these for just a general tone check/sample. I'll likely follow up with a Github page where issues can be raised if this gains any traction.

I'm going to do some version checking on GNOME to ensure the end user is on 47 or higher if Wayland. Potential version checking between the Quest and desktop. If I can figure it out, force trigger an update to the headset.

There'll also need to be compatibility checking for SteamVR. I've had issues where on certain drivers, flags
