Let me brief this by saying I'm very happy and not even contemplating suicide.

There is one Suicide method i'm unsure on

When they say they are going to "jump into the river" ( I live in London so usually they reference the Thames)

How do they mean they will die? From the impact of the fall or drowning? or both? I'm so unsure.

Any one know?

too lazy to find him/her, but a redditor gave me the tip on how to shit easier. The tip was too rock backwards and forwards when it's not fully working, It works incredibly, I've always had trouble shitting. It is the best tip I've ever received in my life. it's saved me alot of displeasure and saved me a lot of time. It will also be with me for the rest of my life.
