I'm the client, not the artist. I had a tattoo planned, spoke once on the phone, and a couple emails back and forth (~15 mins of time). I decided to book it, paid a $300 deposit. 10 days later, (the tattoo wasn't going to be done for more than 2 months), I found someone else who I had missed, their style was exactly what I was looking for.

I decided to go with this other person. Since it had only been 10 days, and I knew no drawings had been started yet, I asked the original artist if I could get the deposit back, apologized for any wasted time, and said that in the future I'd still like to get a tattoo with them, just not this one, due to style preferences

They responded in a pretty hars

I purchased NAC about 2 years ago, tried it for 2 weeks but didn't really feel anything other than feeling a bit more irritated than usual, so I stopped.

More recently, I basically developed a stress related disorder, its a long story that I won't get into now. But basically I was stuck in a loop of anxiety, depression, low energy, high blood pressure, mood swings and more. It was a viscous cycle, I was stressed which made me feel worse, which then made me more stressed.

I tried NAC again out of desperation, and within a couple weeks, Ive started to do a 180. Each day is getting better than the next. I don't ruminate nearly as often, my mood has improved significantly, and I just checked m

Hey guys, could really use your collective knowledge here, I'm in a desperate spot, the lowest i've ever been probably, and its coming up close to 1 year of this.

I started TRT (100 mg per week Test-e - x1 per week and 250 iu HCG - x2 per week) in 2018. I had zero issues at this time, I was dialed in immediately and got everything I wanted from TRT. The only issue was my hemocrit would rise, and so I was donating blood every 2.5 months for that entire time. My test level at trough would usually be about 600 ng/dl and my E2 would be 22.

Fast forward to July 2021. I upped my HCG dose to 500 IU EOD as per my doctors recommendation, as me and the misses wanted a baby soonish. About 4 weeks i

Ive been on TRT for 4 years, for the first 3 years I did 100 mg test-e per week (once a week) and 250 iu HCG twice per week. I was lucky, I dialed in right off the bat and experienced all the benefits of TRT I had hoped for.

About 8 months ago, I upped the HCG to 400 IU EOD, for fertility reasons. I never got a blood test to confirm, but I developed all the high E2 symptoms (Insomnia, emotional, very lethargic, and severe erectile dysfunction).

Over the next 3 months I didnt panic and just tried different protocols, I initially split my testosterone injections into twice a week. Then went back to my initial HCG dose. This eventually got rid of the insomnia, fatigue and emotionlal sides, b

7 weeks into TRT. Did 50 mg x2 per week with HCG at 250 iu x2 per week. I dropped the HCG at week 4 when I developed insomnia, racing heart, amped up feeling etc. It went away.

Blood test at 7 weeks:

• Testosterone 20.6 nmol/L (8.4-28.8)

• Testosterone Free 518 pmol/L (115-577)

• Estradiol 103 pmol/L (<157)

• Prolactin 11 ug/L (3.8 - 20.6)

• SHBG 24.8 nmol/L (10-70)

Im getting bloated in my stomach thats very noticeable. Ill even wake up with a stomach like that. Im starting to get quite fatigued and just overall feel flat. Will this eventually go away as things stabilize? Should I change dose? What else should I check?

Back on TRT, 50 mg x2 per week. 6 week blood results (I inject Mon and Fri, test was taken before next shot on Friday)

• Testosterone 20.6 nmol/L (8.4-28.8)

• Testosterone Free 518 pmol/L (115-577)

• Estradiol 103 pmol/L (<157)

• Prolactin 11 ug/L (3.8 - 20.6)

• SHBG 24.8 nmol/L (10-70)

Im still having issues with libido and ED that started awhile back when I spiked estrogen.

Should I reduce dose even more? The estrogen may go over the range after each shot before going down. Or should I wait longer for my body to stabilize?

I spiked my E2 for awhile trying to follow a fertility protocol where I added in HCG. Developed a bunch of symptoms, two of which were low libido and ED.

After dropping the HCG, most of the symptoms went away except for the low libido and ED. Ive waited 8 weeks, what gives? My levels seem to be ok on paper but I cant get back to where I was pre-HCG. I cant get dialed in.

How long do I have to wait? Is there something im missing? Could the high E2 have messed something up that im not checking/ aware of?

Taking 120 mg test-e split into 2 injections per week and 500 iu hcg per week.

Im at week 4 and am starting to feel an elevated heart rate / more pounding heartbeats and am suddenly having more trouble sleeping and staying asleep (which I never get normally)

Should I lower dose or wait a couple more weeks? These symptoms usually mean high E2 for me, but it could also be my body getting used to the dose / stabalizing. Any advice?

Try switching testosterone suppliers. I had sensitivity to one of the carrier oils that caused very high blood pressure. After switching I felt fine after a few days. Insensitivity to cottonseed oil in particular isnt too uncommon.

If you donate blood regularly, check your ferritin levels. Its easy to become chronically iron deficient on TRT when you donate blood regularly yet its hard to catch since testosterone boosts hemoglobin production. Though iron is primarily used for red blood cell production, its also needed for other processes. Deficiency can cause hair loss, cardiac issues such as chest pains, and more.

The tricky part is, cardiac issues like high blood pressure can lead to er

I recently developed really strange symptoms, headache, chest pain, slight difficulty breathing, brain fog, libido issues etc. I thought it was a dosing issue and tried to mix things up to no avail.

I recently had a blood test and my ferritin was ridiculously low. Donating blood of course will lower iron / ferritin. TRT, especially with higher doses or if injecting infrequently, causes red blood cell production to go up, sometimes significantly. It depends on your genetics and dose.

So when you donate, ferritin goes down, and then your testosterone injections trigger rapid red blood cell production, which further depletes ferritin. You can quickly end up with very low ferritin. Yet its ea

I'm going to try more frequent injections. I was doing 100 mg per week (One injection before), does that mean if I'm doing every other day I should be doing about 28 mg each injection?

I had heard that once you start injecting more frequently, you can lower the overall dose a bit because it will bump up your levels

Ive been on trt for about 4 years now, I was lucky and dialed in pretty easy at 100 mg test per week (one injection per week) with 250 iu hcg twice per week. No issues really this entire time.

For fertility reasons I upped dose of HCG to 400 IU EOD, within a few weeks I developed insomnia, bloating, anxiety and worst of all ED.

Its been 3 months since then and I can't fix the ED. Initially I tried injecting the test twice per week instead of once. Then reduced HCG dose. No luck. At one point, I did a blood test (While on 250 IU HCG EOD, and 50 mg test, twice per week), and my estrogen was still elevated.

More recently, I dropped HCG all together, and went back to 100 mg test per week, o
