What next after Dragonflight?

:flairQuestion: Question

I just finished Dragonflight as a new player, and I’m now level 81. I can see the game pushing me towards Midnight as “here’s the next major thing you do”.

But I understand The War Within is like Part 1 and Midnight is Part 2, and I don’t want to miss anything narratively. But I also understand TWW is for levels 70-80, and I don’t want to be one shotting everything for hours and hours of gameplay, no matter how much I want to know the story.

Any guidance would be appreciated! Will TWW be mechanically fun at all given my level? Or should I just watch the recap and move on to Midnight?

And I don’t want basic ones. I want opinions that will straight get you downvoted lol. I’ll start:

Wilds is a great season and the jungle biome is the best biome in Fortnite history.

Primal is an all time great season.

Why is it so popular to hate on Sea now? I take a break for like one year and now official Sea of Thieves comment sections are always vastly negative, meanwhile the game is still just as fun/good as always to me.

Did something happen? Hopefully it’s just because IG and YT shorts comments are always just brainless hate.

Note: I posted this on the general AC sub and it got removed for low effort. I recognize that on this sub I might be preaching to the choir, but I just wanted to share :)

Specifically regarding the amount of people I see in EVERY comment section complaining that Hidden Blade and Fists won’t be returning as fighting styles. Even people who say they won’t be buying the game solely because of that.

What is wrong with yall? Is it me or does Resynced look like a MILES ahead upgrade to the original? Sure, a feature was in Original that won’t be in Resynced. It’s ok to dislike that. But it is objectively a very small nitpick when you compare it to what we’re GAINING with Resynced. Yet that’s all

I want to play. I want to play both for fun and for victory. I want to collect and build decks and all the things.

There’s an event tomorrow night at my local game/nerd store, and you can even win packs based on how good your record ends up being. There’s 5 people signed up currently.

I love my nerdy hobbies but I’ve never done anything at a local store with strangers before, it’s only been with friends and my wife. I’m mainly just concerned at how (not trying to be rude) weird people will be, especially if I take my wife along to either spectate or play herself.

What has been others’ experiences with public play? Game store events? I want to get into the hobby but I also want the fanb

Y’all don’t understand what a game being dead means. It means you literally cannot find a game. Go pull up WWE 2k15 right now and try to find an online opponent. You won’t. *That* is what a dead game looks like.

Saying Battlefront 2 is dead just because you have to wait a measly 30-60 more seconds to find a full 40 person game compared to 2020’s peak is wild.

And this goes for year round, I’m not just talking about May. You can find a full game any time.

iPad Kid on Skull Island

:Lighthouse:ISLANDS OF ADVENTURE

Rode Skull Island today and there was a kid who sat the whole ride eyes glued to his phone just watching Toy Story at full brightness. Thankfully no sound.

At the end he was right next to Kong and I would bet he didn’t even notice. Waste of a ticket for those parents lol.

Minecart Madness Closed

:EpicUniverse: EPIC UNIVERSE

Does anyone know when it will be open again? It says closed on the app and we are going to Epic tomorrow.

I know there is maintenance in early May. That’s not what I’m referring to, it’s closed currently.

Xbox Series X. Can’t connect to 2k services or online. Everything else besides this game is perfect, so it’s not on my end (I don’t think).

Suggestions/fixes?

It’s really souring me out on the game since a lot of my favorite stuff just isn’t accessible when it’s in this state.

New player, I’m almost done with Dragonflight as my first campaign. It is really fun!

I understand Midnight is part 2 of a 3 part story, and War Within is part 1. Do I play War Within after finishing Dragonflight or just play Midnight?

If it matters, I care more about the story than just rushing to max content.

What the heck are expansions?

:flairQuestion: Question

I've always wanted to give WOW a good try. I grew up poking around with a character or two until I maxed out the free trial. Now I'm older with some money and I bought the subscription.

I just finished the tutorial island last night and it's my knowledge they want me to do the Dragonflight expansion, there's all these old expansions, Midnight's coming up, etc. And I don't really know what the fweak that means or what that looks like.

Like are they just story questlines? And a new expansion brings a new storyline with new quests?

Do I replay the old ones (a lot of them look cool)? I know there's a time travel NPC that you do that through, but does time traveling put me on like a solo serve

Title. The outpost icon is not on the planet map for me to travel to. I’ve searched the web and the only real solution I’ve found is just to move your outpost beacon around, which I’ve done to no luck.

This is extremely frustrating, any tips or solutions?

The owner of the account is in one city and I’m in another. I used to be able to watch (specifically my recorded shows) in my city but as of very recently it says I can’t watch since I’m outside my home area.

How do I watch my recorded shows?
