I am trying to automate some parts with a new v12 install using the API, but the documentation is not correct.

https://api.jellyfin.org/#tag/System/operation/GetNamedConfiguration

This says I just need to GET``http://localhost/System/Configuration/{key}, but it's returning a 404 Not Found no matter the key value I use (ie: SortRemoveWords)

If I remove the {key} part, it returns everything, as expected.

Has anyone had any luck in getting the API working?

I was looking through my firewall logs and saw that all my H&T devices are reaching out to 97.189.111.34.bc.googleusercontent.com on port 80.

Looking at the site, it redirects to HTTPS and the cert says it's for*.shelly.cloud, but I have the cloud option disabled on all my devices.

Does anyone know what this is for?

When a blank page is shown, or a site refreshes it's always to a bright white screen. When dark mode is active those pages should be dark too.

I hate having to reload a page and close my eyes before I get blinded.

Thoughts?

I am suffering from cold/flu and would love to take a Lemsip or too, but I know it will affect my stomach and I'll be sat on the loo later.

Does anyone know of any alternatives that work just as well (or better) that they can recommend?

Having a cold/flu with the upcoming heat wave does not sound like a fun time.

I am currently rewatching all of ER with the wife and we have just completed season 11, and wanted to share a small funny part.

Spoilers below for those that haven't yet seen a 30 year old show, and 20 year old episode!

There is a bit in season 11, episode 19 (starts at 37m50s) where one of the nurses thinks she is pregnant and goes to the store for a test kit:

• Nurse walks up to the counter and puts the kit on the top.

• The lady behind the counter looks at it and gives her a smile and a small lift of her shoulders in a "is it congratulations?" sort of way.

• It cuts back to the nurse who has a face of thunder with "this is bullshit" energy.

• Back to the lady and her face drops

Why is there no SNMP monitoring? It's a basic requirement for systems that are running 24/7 and holding peoples data.

I want to be able to monitor and alert on system events and trends using pre-existing monitoring tools.

This is similar to the Ugreen NAS OS, also lacking in SNMP.

How do I turn them off?

• I have APP_ENV set to "production" - for which I can see NO documentation on this key.
• I am not running a debug option anywhere.

I have just started playing with TOS6 and the tips that appear constantly are really annoying me. Is there a way to turn them off completely?

m = (8-2)/(4-1) = (6/3) = 2

Can I just keep adding point locations to this formula to get a more accurate value?

The reason for this is that I am graphing my blood glucose over time from my CGM and want to alert on when the line angle is over a threshold (sugars dropping too fast). I would also need to work out how to convert a time value into Y axis numbers.

I have worked in IT for over 20 years and have been working from home for about 5 of those.

We had a mandatory "basic security training" over a teams call where they went through locking your computer when away and other simple stuff.

I off-hand said I didn't usually lock it when away as I work from home and there is no one here that can touch it.

"What about any children in the home?" she asked

Without thinking, I replied "It's fine, they are locked in the basement"

While I got a few laughs from my colleagues who know me, the trainer did not look happy about it. I did apologise, but the damage was done. I am just lucky the meeting wasn't recorded.

Another low where it dropped quick enough to make me throw up, the worse time when you need to eat/drink something.

I just want sleep, but no I need to stay awake to monitor for the next 30 minutes or so.

Synology has "Web Station", but I can't find anything similar for UGREEN. Does it exist?

I am mostly hosting files for internal services, so webdav may work, I'll need to play with it.

The UGOS is a little lacking in some basic places, where is the best place to get suggestions posted and listened too?

• Need SNMP support.
• Optional NUT/UPS Username/Password.
• NTP "Sync Now" button.
• Create new Let's Encrypt Certificate.
• Better theme colours, including dark mode.

There is also no layout consistency in the Settings app.

• Clicking the name of a setting should toggle that setting:

WORKS: File Services, SMB, Enable SMB service.

DOESN'T: Device Connection, LAN, Customize domain name.
