Names ending in -vra

:list: Name List

I'm interest in finding more names that end in a "-vruh" sound. So far I've only seen Avra, Devra, Evra, Genevra (and its variants), Ivra, Lavra, Mavra, Stavra, and Vavra.

Wondering if people can think of any other names ending with that sound? Particularly ones that end like "eye-vra"

Open in any spelling! Like German or Dutch where the schwa at the end is an "e" (as in Heike) or Irish where the "v" sound is spelled "bh" or "mh" (Siobhan/Niamh).

With flu shot season coming up, I'm wondering if any one else gets flares from vaccines and if anyone has good ways to manage it?

For me, I get really bad hives the day after the vaccine, but the day after that is the worst. Incredibly painful hives that are bright red raised wheals that burn, painful facial swelling starting around my lips/chin that spreads and makes my skin hard, tachycardia, dizziness, spontaneous food sensitivities (luckily not a big problem on good days but happens when I'm flaring), and a general uncomfortableness (like a hangover or something) including a mushy/fragmented/scattered brain.

I can get flares that are MUCH worse than my reaction to vaccines, and luc

Can anyone recommend a good residential trauma treatment program in the US that takes Blue Shield (or is flexible about single case agreements)?

Looking for specifically trauma treatment, not an RTC that secondarily treats trauma.

Thanks!

Edit: West Coast preferred but not required.

Hello! I'm writing a screenplay and have a research question to make sure a plot point is realistic.

What is a situation that would cause an RN to lose income from a non-work related injury?

I have it that she suffers a back injury from a car accident that causes chronic pain and interferes with her ability to lift/carry. How might that cause her to lose income despite wanting to work, without violating her workers rights? This story is set in San Francisco so she would be a member of CNA.

Even a small reduction of her income would be devastating for the character, so could it be that being put on disability/partial disability prevents her from working overtime, and she relies on

Hello! My kid's pod friend has a swimming pool, so I'm looking for swimwear that balances "very masc" with chest coverage. Right now he primarily uses trans tape to bind, and he prefers that for the pool, so compression or binding isn't an issue. More that I'm just looking for swimwear that will fit a 5'2" guy and cover his chest, and also be stylish for him. Doesn't even necessarily have to be specifically designed for trans people.

His aesthetic is very skater/grunge, so ideally looking for something cool and stylish, so the chest coverage can be a STYLE statement rather than feeling like a disguise. Something he feels cool and euphoric in.

Any suggestions?

Edit: PS this post is entirel

Hello! I've found similar posts, but I'm specifically looking for award winning short screenplays, ideally from professional/established screenwriters or screenplays for prestigious award winning/nominated shorts (high level, like Oscars). Scriptrevolution has short scripts but I'm worried that reading other amateur writers will make me replicate amateur mistakes, so I'm trying to find some super pro ones to review. It's easy to find feature screenplays, but the consequence of reading those is my short script is now wayyyyyy too long. Hoping to find inspiration for sparser writing styles that eliminate bloat.

Thanks!

Long story short: My BFF/roommate is in recovery from severe, decade+ long AN, and I've been there with her through it. I'm a writer, so she encouraged me to write about EDs because so many of the narratives we get are awful (contribute to stigma, reinforce myths, etc. I'm tired of seeing characters presented like they're stubborn and misbehaving, then they faint and "learn their lesson" and hug it out and are cured. I also think ED stories focus more on the tedious pathologies of illness rather than the FRIKKEN DRAMA of interiority.)

And while I've been there with her through it, I still have a lot of random perfunctory questions -- because I want what I write to be perfectly accurate.

My best friend/roommate is in recovery, and because I'm a writer, she's encouraged me to write a fiction piece approaching eating disorder narratives differently. (She and I have talked a lot about how most available fiction narratives contribute to stigma or reinforce myths). She's worked with me a lot on this, but I still have some perfunctory questions I need to clarify that I can't easily find answers to online. While I know a lot from her of what it feels like to be in treatment and what sorts of things happen, I want to thoroughly understand logistics. Right now, she spends so much time in treatment I don't want to waste her limited leisure time taking notes on the minutiae of treatme

I know Detective Amanda Rollins acted as bait to catch a predator in S13E14 "Double Strands" - are there any other examples?

[This blog] (http://allisonleotta.com/2012/04/svu-episode-13-19-street-justice/) references her wearing "a short skirt and stilletos" while acting as bait, but in "Double Strands" she was wearing jogging gear.

Can anyone else catch the reference, or think of examples of episodes where this same strategy was employed?

thanks!
