Tenho uma dúvida relativamente ao IVA, e encontro muitas informações contraditórias online.

Sendo que:

• A minha empresa presta serviços audiovisuais (fotografia e vídeo).
• O meu cliente é americano.
• A captura de imagens acontece em Portugal
• O trabalho final é enviado para os EUA

A minha questão é:

a) Devo cobrar IVA à taxa de 23% de Portugal;

b) Devo cobrar IVA à taxa do país do cliente (EUA 0%) (Referência);

Uma variante a esta questão - e se a captura de imagens acontecer fora da UE?

O meu contabilista diz simplesmente que devo cobrar o IVA a 23%, mas tenho colegas de outros

I'm looking for something in the style of the Nike's Free. Several brands (Adidas, Skechers) have similar shoes, and they have all-black versions (I have a pair). I've been looking for a while for something similar but in dark blue. It seems I can only find shoes with white soles. I work events and don't like the look.

Do you have any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure that when I played fifa 18 and 19 there was a web based tool, kind of like Sofifa, where you could upload your save game and you could scout players.

Does anyone remember this? Does it still exist?
