When you start doing the new quest line for season 1 and goto Anais and press on her she gives you and item and it states item gone to inventory. What is the item? I cannot for the life of me find what she has given to me?

I’ve noticed that my kills still don’t count every now and then when farming for the 3 stage bunny suit. Mainly in special operations block Kuiper mine. Using high voltage.
