How long does it usually take for the steam workshop to open up to mods and modders?

Was battling and had a Zapdos EX on the bench but it didn't add to the Pikachu EX attack, is this just a bug or does that card just not count for the attack buff?

Am I correct in this?

Looking at a career change, mainly want to teach online (I live in the US for reference)

I have teaching experience but no certifications currently

Will probably stay withing the US while teaching but looking at jobs I'll likely be teaching foreign students

Have y'all been to both? Going with a platonic friend, looking to do mostly hockey related stuff (Game, Hall of Fame Ect.)

Going in March can't decide between these two places
