I’m considering buying a DXP2800, but I have a few concerns about noise, especially since I’d be keeping it in my bedroom.

I’d probably schedule it to shut down at night, so noise while I’m sleeping isn’t really a concern. But during the day, how loud is it with HDDs installed? Is the HDD noise something that gets annoying in a bedroom? Also any good websites in Europe where there are used/refurbished drives for sale at a reasonable price?

When my PC is under load for more than two minutes, all USB devices and network connections stop working. However, devices connected directly to my monitor continue to function. I'm running Windows 11. Most likely motherboard issue or any other ideas?

Tried:
BIOS Update
Switched PSU
Installed Windows on separate drive

Motherboard: B550 AORUS ELITE V2
CPU: Ryzen 7 5700X
PSU: 750W
