Last night I reinstalled my OS and everything went well, and I expected to be able to repeat a process I had done a few times before. However, now it has gone wrong and I would appreciate any help I can get.

My system was up as follows: Xubuntu 16.04 - installed on SSD /home - on zpool consisting of 3 5TB drives in ZFS' raid 5 configuration (i forget the term) I don't recall the ZFS version or what package I installed from
