I'm doing my DIY version of KetoChow and have been for about a year. Lately I've notice that my tongue has started tingling like I've been eating a lot of pineapple. Anybody else experience that or have an idea what might cause it?

Just wondering if anyone has tried intermittent fasting with Keto Chow. I'm going to start as of now but if anyone has some words of wisdom I'd be interested in hearing about it.

I see plenty of young single people asking where to live. I'm middle aged, three kids, don't care about the night life. Looking for good neighborhoods, good schools for the kids, not too expensive housing. Everyone seems to dislike West Des Moines, so where else is reasonably safe, has a strong school system, and people like?
