I make beans all the time, but have never tried the Rancho Gordo. What do people think? Worth it?

I have a small iPhone app for baking I created using Cursor, mostly using Gemini. I need to add some updates and open a new dev account. What else besides Cursor is everyone using? Or is Cursor still king? This is not a web app, iPhone local only.

Can anyone recommend good books about cheese? Specifically for tasting and types but not making.

Going to Paris for a while and need places not to miss for cheese. Ive been before and always stop at what ever fromagerie i pass. But are there any that you shouldn’t miss? Or places that have good tasting?
