I have just bought a second hand 46mm navtimer GMT.

When setting the GMT hand, it jumps between the hour markers and actually makes the other hands jump as well. All videos I've seen show the gmt hand being smooth in operation when setting it. Is this normal or does it need a service?

I have civil 3d 2025 and it suddenly decided to load about 50 tabs into the ribbon pane, I have managed to reset it but now I no longer have the option of import or output to XML. Also, the analyze tab is missing completely and can not be added
