I'm onto a completionist run now but i didn't play for at least 18 months

I have completely forgotten how to add things to the sub menu hotkey bit, the space where you might put torrent whistle and flasks, the little menu you hold down triangle to access outside of menu

I cannot for the life of me work out how to change it and its so niche i haven't been able to find an answer.

TLDR torrent whistle and flasks are not in my hotkey menu pls help

Basically title. My whole existence and everything I do boils down to chasing external validation. I'm ADHD and my father was very emotionally numb and I only got condescension from him. Never heard "i'm proud of you" from either of my parents although they are great in most every other way.

I have significant brain fog occurring daily at varying times. I'm eating greek yoghurt and granola every morning, a nut bar and banana for morning tea (smoko) and usually bone broth rice with tuna and seasoning for lunch, and for dinners usually whole unprocessed meat, sweet potato and broccoli, or something similar.

The brain fog i speak of removes my ability to communicate, verbally or written, sometimes as early as 11am but usually more in the afternoon.

I have had IBS and have had poor diet and virtually no exercise in the past. I'm trying to be healthier and it seems like the brain fog is worse.

I liked the look of and snapped up what seemed like a bargain the other day. I have ordered a new battery but have opened it and removed the battery to find no gasket and what i expect is water damage. I really hope its recoverable because its so cool and i love the proportions.

1. There's a explosion noise I haven't figured out. I'm aware of the heli crash site sound and the bombs falling on the towns for the moving contamination zones, but is there just a simple explosion noise for the distant military convoy spawns?

2. Superior method for cooking seems to be with the cooking pot, but I never see these. I have seen people get them by fishing but i only ever get wellies, where the hell do I find one, besides on another players corpse?

I cannot get the RGL to work with the AMP. It will have the slug ammo equipped which means higher fire rate and no big clouds of smoke from the explosions, but standard sight and crosshair

Are there any tricks to getting this to work properly?

My grandmother passed away in February and since then we (my mother and uncle, joint executors of the will) have been battling with the probate registrar and supreme court about the estate.

$630,000-ish tied up in the bank and my grandmother wanted it to be evenly divided to her 4 remaining children or grandchildren.

The Supreme Court registrar has disputed the validity of the will because the front page was not signed by the deceased and witnesses and because the two pages have been re-stapled.
We need to submit an affidavit but we haven't been down this road ever before.

Does anyone know much about this sort of stuff? it's over most of the families heads

I had a secure backpack, with a scav backpack inside it and a brand new skeleton key. Got rushed by a four man squad and one of them killed me, i appealed on comms and plead and they must have looted me instead so I lost a secure backpack, scavenger backpack, two guns and a skeleton key i worked a lot for.
